Job Description

Philips Advanced Visualization Artificial Intelligence (AVAI) is launching an exciting customer-centric program aimed at enhancing customer loyalty, growth, and advocacy for our Advanced Visualization solutions. We are seeking passionate professionals committed to making a meaningful impact in healthcare technology adoption.

The Clinical Transformation Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving customer adoption of Philips AVAI solutions. In this customer-facing position, you will deliver essential training, validate service delivery, and provide clinical support in complex cases. Your contributions will directly elevate customer satisfaction and engagement.

Your role:

  • Build Strong Partnerships: Forge and maintain lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders to foster collaboration and partnership.
  • Innovate Solutions: Collaborate on the development of creative offerings and product enhancements that align Philips AVAI solutions with customers' unique clinical and operational workflows.
  • Consult and Guide: Offer advanced guidance across clinical, operational, and business domains, facilitating cross-functional sessions to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Address Complex Needs: Responsively manage complex inquiries and provide clinical assistance, ensuring customers maximize the benefits of AVAI products.
  • Present Insights: Deliver clear and impactful presentations that offer profound insights to drive clinical transformation initiatives.

You're the right fit if:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Healthcare Operations or Clinical Transformation. A Master’s degree in a clinical domain or healthcare leadership preferred.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Experience in Clinical Radiology and Healthcare Technology is highly preferred.
  • Process Improvement: Expertise in optimizing healthcare processes, workflows, and performance. Lean Six Sigma certification desired.
  • Skills: Superior consulting and analytical abilities, strong communication, and expectation management skills. Self-motivated with proven leadership ability and a passion for customer success.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel overnight up to 40%.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $106,875 to $171,000

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $112,500 to $180,000

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $118,125 to $189,000

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $126,000 to $201,600

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. 

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
