The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Data Analytics GSC Portfolio Leader helps bring world class Applied Analytics leadership and execution to a dedicated team of Data Analysts delivering a portfolio of data analytics solutions. This leader provides technical and process direction to deliver data analytics products that effectively support Solventum’s Business Strategy. This position requires hands-on analytics experience, data design, data modeling and data governance experience. This role requires leadership and communication skills as well as a level of comfort working with both technical and non-technical teams.

- Lead a Business-Aligned Portfolio: Take ownership of leading and maintaining a portfolio of data analytics products within our dynamic Analytics Ecosystem, ensuring direct alignment with business objectives.
- Design & Deliver Solutions: Analyze complex requirements, gather essential data, and develop robust logical and physical data models to deploy a wide spectrum of analytics solutions, from descriptive reporting to advanced cognitive capabilities.
- Drive Seamless Integration: Analyze data integration needs and design efficient schemas to support smooth system integration across our platforms.
- Collaborate & Connect: Partner closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure our data models and designs facilitate seamless information flow across all systems and platforms.
- Build Enterprise Solutions: Harvest critical business rules and metadata from various applications, consolidating disparate information into unified enterprise data solutions that drive measurable results through advanced analytics.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of data analytics experience in a public, private, or military environment.
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of data analytics experience in a public, private, or military environment.
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- 6 years of building end-to-end analytics solutions (data to visualization and insights). Thorough experience directly working with structured, unstructured and semi-structured data to produce analytics modeling and outcomes.
- 3 to 5 years of Team leadership, directly managing a team of data engineers
- 5 years of working with back-end application data in one more of the following areas: ERP (Oracle / SAP), Salesforce, Pega.
- 5 years working with business and technical leaders to design, build and implement analytics solutions across a Business Intelligence Stack (Azure, Snowflake, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- 2 years with ML/AI, advanced analytics, or data science software
- Skills include: data engineering, Data Governance, Oral and written communication with senior leadership and front-line developers

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 - $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
