Your teamAs part of Revenue Operations, youâll be working closely with all our commercial teams including sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing. Your team consists of highly-motivated people with diverse skill sets and backgrounds that drive and support each other. Outside of work, theyâre creatives, nature lovers, socializers, and so much more.

Your responsibilities
- Youâll assist with data quality checks and monitor data quality metrics.Â
- Youâll ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data in our CRM.
- Youâll identify and monitor data issues in order to flag irregularities to the teams (Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success) and help to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
- Youâll verify and update data in various systems.
- Youâll create and maintain documentation related to data quality processes and procedures.
Your story
- You are currently a Bachelor or Master student at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences.Â
- You are curious and eager to gain experience at one of Switzerland's most exciting tech companies, starting with a part-time role (max. 50% over a full year).
- You value flexibility in your working schedule, but are willing to come to the office in St Gallen at least twice a month.
- You donât take things for granted and strive for constant improvement leveraging the newest technologies.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and enjoy analyzing data and identifying data quality issues.
- You have excellent attention to detail, as the job involves verifying and updating data in various systems.
- You have a good understanding of Google Sheets or Excel, and prior experience in working with CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce) is beneficial.
- You are equipped with strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are fluent in English.
