The Role
▪️ Lead end-to-end design for product features, dashboards, and landing pages▪️ Run lean user research: interviews, usability tests, analytics dives, heuristic reviews▪️ Translate insights into wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and clickable prototypes in Figma▪️ Define systems: tokens, components, interaction patterns, and accessibility rules▪️ Collaborate daily with PMs and engineers to scope, prioritise, and ship▪️ Sweat details—motion, microcopy, empty states, skeleton loaders, dark mode▪️ Validate: set success metrics, ship A/B tests, analyse PostHog funnels, iterate▪️ Maintain a live design system shared across Framer, React, and React Native repos

Outcome 1: User Love▪️ Raise task-completion rates to ≥95 % on newly shipped flows within 30 days of launch
Outcome 2: Design Velocity▪️ Cut design-to-dev hand-off time by 50 % through reusable components and clear specs
