Senior Product Analyst (m,f,x)

The role

As a Senior Product Analyst in the Food Systems Alliance, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we design and personalize our menu to better meet customer needs. Working in the close collaboration with Product and Data Science teams, you’ll help drive strategy and decision-making around menu planning and personalization — uncovering actionable insights that directly impact the customer experience.

We aim to ensure every customer finds meals that suit their tastes and preferences while optimizing internal operations and product scalability. Your work will support this vision by identifying opportunities to personalize the menu experience and maximize customer coverage through rigorous data exploration, experimentation, and metric development.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with Product Leads and Owners to comprehend the strategic priorities for your domain, subsequently executing against these with engaging work.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Data and Software Engineers, fostering a culture rooted in evidence-based decision-making.
• Explore and analyze customer behavior and product performance data to come up with compelling insights that influence roadmap decisions and improve how we cover customer needs with our menu
• Communicate actionable insights clearly across the organization, highlighting the implications of your analyses to drive business growth.
• Guide and mentor other Product Analysts within our team, defining best practices and providing support to enhance individual and team effectiveness.

What you’ll bring

• Extensive experience in quantitative analysis roles, ideally including at least three years of close collaboration with product teams.
• Exceptional technical proficiency, demonstrating expert-level SQL skills, with advanced Python being an advantage for both analysis and efficient manipulation of large datasets.
• Extensive experience working with product stakeholders in setting up A/B experiments, interpreting results, and conducting deep dives to understand the impact of specific experiments.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or similar, with the ability to create clear and impactful visual stories.
• Outstanding communication skills, enabling the articulation of complex business problems as analytical challenges and the clear and precise presentation of findings.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, acquired through project leadership, capability building within your team, mentorship, or direct people management.
• Outcome-oriented, capable of addressing a business challenge, generating actionable analytical insights, and aligning stakeholders on actions to create business value.
