As the dedicated analytics partner for TA, you will work closely with People Analytics and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business priorities. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve global TA data frameworks that support consistent, trusted reporting and enable data-driven decision making across regions
  • Drive innovation by implementing scalable, self-service analytics tools that empower recruiting teams with on-demand insights
  • Design and enhance recruiting dashboards in collaboration with People Analytics, with a focus on usability, scalability, and actionable insights
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of recruiting funnel and performance metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, pass-through rates, and conversion trends to uncover risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling visualizations and narratives for TA leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support workforce planning and forecasting efforts, including headcount tracking, hiring plan progress, and recruiter capacity modeling
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits, data cleaning, and collaboration with system owners (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday), while championing data governance best practices
  • Measure and analyze candidate and hiring manager experience data, using surveys and feedback to inform continuous improvement
  • Take a hands-on role in process improvements and special projects, including reporting automation, system enhancements, and scaling analytics capabilities

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis, including 4+ years supporting Talent Acquisition functions in a global environment
  • Deep understanding of Talent Acquisition workflows, recruiting metrics, and operational processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling
  • Proficiency in Tableau, with the ability to design and maintain interactive dashboards for business stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), preferably Greenhouse and Workday
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global organization
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across regions and cultures

Preferred Skills

  • Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases to extract and manipulate data
  • Familiarity with survey tools such as Qualtrics and the ability to analyze candidate and stakeholder feedback
  • Background in workforce planning, HR analytics, or organizational effectiveness, with a focus on operational insights
  • Experience integrating data from multiple systems such as ATS, HRIS, CRM, or survey platforms

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision through INS. Premium cost for employee and dependent coverage is fully funded by Veeam
  • Life insurance and disability coverage
  • Two weeks paid time off along with company paid holidays
  • Monthly transportation allowance
  • Veeam Care Days – additional 24 hours for your volunteering activities
  • Cafeteria subsidy
  • Professional training and education, including courses and workshops, internal meetups, and unlimited access to our online learning platforms (Percipio, Athena, O’Reilly) and mentoring through our MentorLab program
