Technical Troubleshooting & Process Improvement

  • Analyze API traffic, data pipelines, and system logs to diagnose and resolve integration issues.
  • Use SQL/Snowflake to query large datasets, identify trends, and surface insights on integration health.

  • Serve as the primary contact for a suite of publishers’ technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues and align on best practices and roadmaps
  • Communicate technical issues and business impacts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; including clients
  • Document findings, maintain integration logs, and contribute to internal knowledge bases to improve efficiency.

What You Have

  • 1-2 years of experience with a BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot technical issues – Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and APIs.
