At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest independent consumer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!

We are now hiring a Director of Strategic Partnerships, Consumer Platforms, a high-impact leadership role responsible for owning and scaling our most influential consumer-facing partnerships. This includes relationships with search platforms, large language model (LLM) providers, and social media and commerce ecosystems.

This is an opportunity to build, execute, and own a partner ecosystem that puts Trustpilot at the heart of AI-powered search, digital discovery, and next-gen consumer experiences. You’ll report to the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships and work cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Commercial, and Data leaders to shape how consumers find and trust businesses online.

We’re looking for a platform-native, commercially sharp operator who knows how to navigate ambiguity, move fast, and influence at the highest levels.

What you’ll be doing:

Define and Scale the Function

  • Build and own the partnership strategy for global consumer platforms—prioritizing integrations that expand the visibility and utility of Trustpilot’s content.
  • Establish operating models, business cases, and commercial frameworks that unlock long-term mutual value.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships on platform strategy and product alignment.

Secure and Activate High-Impact Partnerships

  • Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close strategic deals with platform partners across search, LLMs, and social ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with internal legal, product, and data teams to deliver on integration, licensing, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead onboarding and alignment on shared goals—whether surfacing reviews in AI agents, powering trust layers in social commerce, or embedding signals into vertical search.

Drive Platform Growth and Adoption

  • Deliver measurable growth outcomes through increased Trustpilot visibility, API usage, and downstream consumer engagement.
  • Identify and develop joint initiatives, go-to-market plays, or co-innovation opportunities with strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Brand to support co-branded activations, case studies, and public narrative shaping.

Influence and Align Stakeholders

  • Act as the executive-level point of contact with key platform partners—building credibility across product, partnerships, and policy functions.
  • Internally, work across Product, Commercial, and Data teams to align roadmaps, prioritize development resources, and inform pricing and packaging.
  • Bring external insights and platform feedback back into Trustpilot’s strategic planning and product direction.

Who you are:

  • Extensive experience in partnerships, business development, platform strategy, or GTM leadership, ideally within a global technology or data-driven SaaS business.
  • Proven experience leading or scaling partnerships with major platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, OpenAI, Microsoft, TikTok).
  • Deep understanding of consumer discovery ecosystems, including search, AI, LLMs, and social commerce.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex commercial and data licensing negotiations.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguous environments with a bias for clarity and execution.
  • Strong communication skills, especially with executive stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Comfortable translating partner and market feedback into product requirements and data strategy.
  • Experience with API-led data products, platform integrations, or trust and safety solutions is a strong plus.

What’s in it for you:

  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment
  • Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
  • Rich learning and development opportunities are supported through the Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist
  • Pension and life insurance
  • Health cash plan, online GP, 24/7, Employee Assistance Plan
  • Full access to Headspace, a popular mindfulness app to promote positive mental health
  • Paid parental leave
  • Season ticket loan and a cycle-to-work scheme
  • Central office location complete with table tennis, a gaming corner, coffee bars and all the snacks and refreshments you can ask for
  • Regular opportunities to connect and get to know your fellow Trusties, including company-wide celebrations and events, ERG activities, and team socials.
  • Access to over 4,000 deals and discounts on things like travel, electronics, fashion, fitness, cinema discounts, and more.
  • Independent financial advice and free standard professional mortgage broker advice
  • Talent acceleration programs: Fast-track your career with our tailored development programs designed to support growth at whatever stage of your career
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Critical Illness Cover
  • Restricted Stock Units
