The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data engineering, analytics, and leadership to drive data initiatives and ensure scalable solutions. Responsibilities: 1. Lead the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines and workflows using Data Vault on Snowflake and DBT. 2. Architect and implement scalable, high-performance data solutions to support business intelligence and analytics requirements. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define data strategies, and deliver impactful insights. 4. Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all data platforms and processes. 5. Develop and maintain DBT models, ensuring modular, reusable, and efficient data transformations. 6. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. 7. Optimize Snowflake environments, including performance tuning, cost management, and query optimization. 8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability. 9. Drive end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution, while meeting deadlines and quality standards. 10. Own and maintain architecture design documents. Required Skills: 1. Minimum 8+ years Engineering Lead, Data Warehouse. 2. Hands on Snowflake, DBT, SQL, Python. 3. Preferred certified on Azure Cloud Platforms. 4. Prior application integrations exposure/experience. Secondary Skills: Data Vault, Data Modelling, Data Governance. "
