Senior Manager, Supply Chain Data Governance

Join Kellanova as a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Data Governance, where you will take full ownership of the end-to-end process for creating new finished goods within the supply chain. In this role, you will ensure data accuracy and governance across multiple functions including finance, packaging engineering, nutrition labeling, quality assurance, data hierarchy, external supply chain, and global business services. You will monitor new item forms through the Evolve system and support requestors, project managers, and cross-functional teams while driving process improvements and training initiatives.

This position plays a critical role in managing approximately one thousand five hundred new item forms each year, representing one point six billion dollars in gross sales value and supporting iconic brands such as Pringles, Cheez-It, Rice Krispies Treats, Eggo, Pop-Tarts, and MorningStar Farms. This role includes a Manager level direct report and a dotted-line relationship to Category Growth Leads. While preference is given to candidates located in Battle Creek, Michigan, remote candidates will be considered for the right fit

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• New Item Governance – Partner with commercial enablement requestors to ensure new item forms are completed accurately and on time.
• Council Leadership – Establish and lead councils or governance bodies to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
• Data Quality Management – Identify critical data elements, define business rules in collaboration with stakeholders, and run reports to detect and resolve data issues.
• Process Optimization – Improve data processes and tools to ensure consistent and reliable information for both internal and external customers.
• Policy Development – Create and enforce policies and performance indicators that support continuous improvement aligned with Kellanova Work System principles.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• A high school diploma or GED certificate.
• A strong foundation in Masterfiles management is preferred.
• A proven track record in the consumer-packaged goods industry, bringing industry-specific insights to the table.
• Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning systems, particularly SAP.
• A solid understanding of global trade item number guidelines and how they impact product data integrity.
• The ability to influence cross-functional teams and champion governance practices across categories and business units.
• Confidence and clarity in communicating with executive leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Compensation

The annual salary range is $151,440 - $198,765, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
