For this role particularly, we are looking for a software engineer with deep experience in LLM fine-tuning, RAG systems, and AI automations.

About the role

This role will work closely with the founding team. The nature of the work will evolve rapidly in the fast-moving environment, but will involve:

• Backend software engineering & infrastructure engineering to support the AI and agentic flows

• RAG/data ingestion pipelines

• Prompt engineering

• Model performance and evals

• Technical interview (take-home, 1 week to complete, 2 hours total)

• Debugging interview (40-min live w/ one of our engineers)

• Founder interview (45-min)
