AI Engineer - Recent Graduate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and curious Entry-Level AI Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about applying artificial intelligence and data science to real-world business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, propose AI-driven solutions, and build proof-of-concept models that demonstrate tangible value. You’ll play a key role in helping shape our AI strategy by identifying impactful use cases, evaluating emerging technologies, and helping define the roadmap for how AI can transform our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand industry-specific workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation or optimization.
• Conduct interviews and workshops with internal teams to gather requirements and map out current processes.
• Identify and prioritize areas where AI and data science can drive measurable improvements.
• Design and develop proof-of-concept models using machine learning, natural language processing, or other AI techniques.
• Evaluate model performance and iterate based on feedback and business needs.
• Present findings and prototypes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python/R and common ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience applying AI to business problems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, SageMaker).
• Exposure to MLOps practices and tools.
