As a Product Manager in the Data Product team, you’ll lead Lusha’s Professional Contacts Data domain, owning the development of innovative, insight-powered data products. Your work will enable smarter prospecting, fuel data-driven workflows, and elevate the entire B2B sales experience for our customers.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Defining and driving the product strategy and roadmap for Lusha’s data product lines, aligning with our vision and business goals.
  • Leading the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and continuous iteration, for new and existing data products.
  • Partnering with Engineering and Data Science to integrate advanced ML and LLM models, delivering enhanced data quality and customer value.
  • Setting and analyzing key product success metrics to inform decisions and guide continuous improvements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including marketing, analytics, customer success, and sales—to ensure seamless execution of product strategies.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and data best practices to maintain Lusha’s innovation edge.

Here’s what we need from you:

  • Customer-obsessed approach, with experience in user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Proficiency in turning qualitative insights into impactful product improvements.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and results-oriented skills, with a passion for optimization and innovation.
  • 2-6 years of experience as a Data Product Manager in B2B SaaS, building and scaling data products.
  • Strong grasp of data management principles, ecosystems, and analytics techniques.
  • Ability to independently drive projects from ideation to execution.
  • Background as a proven collaborator and communicator across multiple teams and disciplines.
  • AI-savvy: comfortable working with AI tools and staying ahead of emerging trends.
