Internship Data Analytics & Automation Trainee

As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced data scientists and engineers, contributing directly to this transformation. You’ll get hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, database management, and automation technologies, helping us shift from manual reporting to intelligent, real-time decision-making.

Position: Data Analyst Trainee 
Duration: Part-time 6h/day
Location: Hybrid in Timisoara, Romania

 

• Creates reports, dashboards, and data applications using Power BI to support decision-making
• Analyzes metrics and communicates findings, offering actionable recommendations to colleagues
• Automates data collection and recurring tasks using Power Automate and VBA for Excel
• Works independently within guidelines, solving routine problems using professional judgment
• Supports and guides new team members on processes, tools, and task execution
  
   

Must have: 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (student status required)
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Power BI
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have:

• Interest or experience in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design
• Previous experience creating tools or applications connected to databases
• Curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to learning and solving problems
• Ability to contribute creative ideas in a dynamic and evolving environment
• Enthusiastic team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
