Compliance Data Analyst will support certain critical compliance management program elements by will utilizing data to provide appropriate analysis, reporting, and escalation of identified areas of concern. This role requires someone able to work independently and cross functionally.

YOU WILL

  • Provide support for the data and reporting needs of the Compliance and broader Legal teams.
  • Assist team members in building solutions that ensure the quality and accessibility of information.
  • Develop an understanding company's data sources and be in tune with changes that may impact Compliance reporting and metrics.
  • Collaborate with the appropriate data and analytics groups to build necessary data infrastructure to support Compliance reporting, data, and analytics needs.
  • Coordinate and support in the development of additional monitoring metrics as needed.
  • Provide support to the Compliance Monitoring team in addressing monitoring alerts generated.
  • Support other key compliance and risk management projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with SQL in RDBMS (Redshift, Snowflake) a plus.
  • Experience with reporting in Google/Office spreadsheet mgmt systems (Looker a plus).
  • SQL, Phyton and knowledge of BI tools are a big plus
  • Inquisitive and proactive in proposing creative and effective solutions.
  • Strong project management, critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • A strong interest in fintech and consumer finance.
  • Demonstrated experience as a key contributing member of a team with the ability to work independently and cross functionally.
  • Ability to communicate complex and sensitive issues to management or broader teams.
