AI Research Engineer - Temp Position

Description

A Global Software company is looking for a talented Research Engineer who combines strong technical skills with a passion for data. You’ll work at the intersection of ML, GenAI, MLOps, and data engineering to build and maintain cutting-edge solutions for workforce management in contact centers.

This is a temporary position for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and deploy ML models in production using Python and GenAI tools.
• Build end-to-end systems for data ingestion, model training, and inference at scale.
• Collaborate with data scientists on complex problems.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to shape features and strategy.
• Continuously improve model quality and system performance.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in applied research or engineering.
• Proficient in Python (Java is a plus).
• Hands-on MLOps and cloud experience (AWS preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive projects independently.
• Experience in agile development.
