The role is to oversee and enhance the risk and control framework ensuring compliance with Regulatory requirements, and alignment with global standards.

Your key responsibilities
Establish AI determined, automated IT risk reporting to help senior leaders manage current and emerging risks and improve decision-making across Technology and Business. Develop and maintain a technology risk and control framework to support operational risks
Develop IT risk processes by embedding controls into technology delivery (Assessments, Controls Monitoring, Issues Management, Reporting and Analytics)
Act as primary contact for all TDI IT and IS metrics reporting interfacing with NFRM and Group Audit ( 2nd and 3rd line of defense). Monitor Risks, remediations, findings and understanding legal entity risk
Deliver an integrated Technology Controls Framework and policies aligned with regulatory and international standards to reduce risk and improve audit readiness worldwide
Create a governance and oversight reporting model including preparing materials for Risk and Board committee meetings covering all IT risk, current and emerging
Collaborate with stakeholders globally to ensure meeting global standards, and consistency on communication to global regulators. Identify and report on 1st line of defense emerging risks and intelligence
Your skills and experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior level management
Strong management presence to guide and influence stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of Technology Risk and Controls and Legal Entity Risk. Capable of handling multiple initiatives, and understanding how to prioritise work
Demonstrable leadership background, having built teams in a fast moving and constantly changing environment
Extensive experience in similar technology risk leadership roles, of over 20 years, in financial Services, ideally in large global Banks
Proven track record risk and controls remediation activities across multiple technology domains
Strong understanding of Industry best practices such as NIST, COBIT and ISO 27001
