Job Summary
Responsibilities will focus on collaborating with the business to define and implement analytic solutions based on their business strategy. This role will work with the technical partners to extract the required data, to create the analytic models and to perform the analysis once the data is accumulated, then present findings and recommendations to the business. The role will work in a business unit in a team environment with general supervision. May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Major Duties:
- Carries out complex activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
- As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.
- Working with the design teams to ensure that the requirements are understood and that the delivered design fulfills all of the requirements adequately
- Supporting the technology teams through the build and unit test activities to ensure that all requirements are understood
- Supporting the test team through pre-acceptance testing, system testing and system integration testing
- Assisting with operation readiness, data migration, user testing and roll-out as necessary
- Translate the business requirements into technical configurations post conducting preliminary research followed by end-to-end business analysis, thereby converting raw data into meaningful information Keeping standardization in mind
- Provide leadership in identifying and understanding business need; defines the need and develop solution scope that can be implemented.
- Co-ordinate across multiple groups including IT, projects and escalate as necessary to ensure timely completion of projects
- Documentation of BRD using a range of elicitation techniques in both waterfall and agile projects
- Traceability of requirements from scope / requirements through to testing and implementation
- Self-managing tasks, effort, issues and risks throughout the project.
- Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management
Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven and extensive track record of delivering change programs successfully
- Expert in analyzing, Visualizing and depicting data with help of vast libraries like Pandas, Python, Tableau, SQL Power BI etc.
- Knowledge of Asset Servicing, Wealth Management and or client onboarding functions a plus
- Understands and can comprehend the risks associated and apply it within the in-scope projects
- Agile qualified or experience in Agile delivery methodologies or Product Owner / Scrum Master preferred
- Certified in Six Sigma Green belt/Black belt and experience in projects driven with techniques like Kaizen, FPQ, FMEA etc.
- Expertise in MS Office skills; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Miro, Azure Dev Ops, Appian, Data digitization tools
Salary Range:
$95,600 - 162,400 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
