WHAT IS THE POSITION
The Analyst supports data-driven decision-making within Academic Compliance and Accountability by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of instructional data. Reporting to the Manager, Teacher Effectiveness, this role provides analytical support for teacher enablement initiatives, quality assurance operations, and advisory committee activities. The Analyst collaborates with the Teacher Effectiveness team and cross-functional teams to provide data insights to support instructional improvement efforts.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Quality Assurance Analytics
- Collect, clean, and validate teacher performance data including passing rates, completion rates, communication quality, and certification compliance
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for the Quality Assurance team
- Analyze datasets to identify trends and patterns in teacher effectiveness and student outcomes
- Document data collection methodologies and ensure data integrity standards
Enablement Impact Analysis
- Analyze effectiveness of professional development initiatives and onboarding programs
- Track outcomes of training programs and provide insights on participant progress
- Generate reports on Canvas course completion rates and certification program effectiveness
- Support measurement of enablement system performance
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Translate data requests into analytical solutions and provide recommendations
- Present findings clearly to educational stakeholders and management
- Maintain data security best practices and documentation standards
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from instructional leaders
Teacher Development Analytics
- Analyze teacher performance data to identify professional development opportunities
- Generate reports on training effectiveness and participant outcomes
- Support data literacy initiatives by explaining analytical findings to educators
- Provide objective, data-informed insights to support teacher growth discussions
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)
- Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge, understanding, and use of active learning strategies to support a range of educators
- High collaboration skills focused on sharing best practices and professional development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Attention to detail and commitment to data quality
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Education) or equivalent experience
- Maintain working knowledge of industry, market, and competitive landscape
- Effectively collaborate with a variety of educators to drive engagement
- Confident in providing one-to-one coaching to guide developmental goals
- Fosters a culture of inclusion and cross-functional collaboration
- Understand the value of collaborating for impact and relationship development
- Demonstrates integrity, ethics, and a commitment to Edmentum’s mission and values

Pay range for this role: $50,000—$60,000 USDAt Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
