Job Description
Join our Fitness and Wellbeing vertical as an Implementation Manager. Weâre looking for a strategic Implementation Manager who will thrive in the space between sales and onboarding. This role owns the client experience from contract signature through the kickoff call, when onboarding takes over. Youâll be the bridge and the relationship driver who keeps deals warm, re-engages ghosting clients, and ensures our future customers actually become customers.Â
This isnât an entry-level role. Youâll need strong client instincts, operational expertise, and the ability to drive process improvements without waiting to be asked. Youâll help build the model and find solutions for optimizing the customer onboarding process and collaborate with the team to implement them.Â
What You'll DoÂ
Own the post-signature/pre-kickoff phase across all new clientsÂ
Call, text, email, and engage accounts who are delayed or inactive to move them forwardÂ
Collaborate with onboarding to ensure clear timelines, expectations, and warm handoffsÂ
Flag risk early and drive strategies to keep customers progressing (e.g., onboarding cohorts, webinars, content)Â
Work with marketing on light nurture materialsâthink pre-kickoff playbooks, quick wins, and reminder touchpointsÂ
Maintain clear reporting on activation risk, timelines, and deal statusÂ
Ad hoc projects as needed to support sales and marketing Â
Host webinars for markets we are not yet live in (international markets we are about to take live)Â
Manage the zingfit portfolio of accounts and work with AEs on strategies to migrate them over Â
Act as the main point of contact for clients during this phaseâsales exits, onboarding hasnât started, you own itÂ
The average base salary pay range for this position is $80,000-$100,000.Â
May be considered for a discretionary bonus.Â
Qualifications
Youâve worked in SaaS and understand onboarding, client management, or sales operationsÂ
Youâre high-EQ and not afraid to pick up the phoneÂ
Youâre proactive and hate letting good deals die Â
You like making process changes and can lead without authorityÂ
Youâve got a marketing brain and can write a solid email or script a short webinarÂ
Youâre organized, sharp, and have a bias for actionÂ
