Protect your sensitive information!We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Project & Program Manager to drive global marketing initiatives and optimize communication strategies. This role will report to the Lead Campaigns Manager
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage simultaneous marketing projects end-to-end, including project brief, scope of work, resource allocation, approvals, stakeholder expectations, and timelines
- Plan and develop detailed project timelines to meet forecasted delivery deadlines
- Validate business, process, and system requirements to align project goals with business needs
- Lead projects through all execution stages by coordinating and managing required resources
- Build strong relationships and integrate processes with internal teams and external vendors
- Execute long-running programs by coordinating related sub-projects
- Monitor and report on project performance using key project KPIs
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks affecting project success
- Conduct post-project analysis with stakeholders and requestors to assess outcomes and lessons learned
- Maintain and update departmental process documentation
- Contribute to the development of new marketing processes and documentation as needed
- Collect and share marketing project best practices across teams
- Coordinate campaign-related projects, including global campaign rollouts in collaboration with regional and global teams
Communication Center – Calendar Management Project
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, RMMs, Sales, Academy, and Marketing Ops to ensure consistent brand communication
- Oversee centralized planning and delivery of email communications, ensuring alignment with send limits and timing
- Coordinate marketing messages for the Product Inbox via centralized scheduling and cadence management
- Assist communication owners in selecting appropriate send slots, respecting communication thresholds
- Track and analyze communication effectiveness using marketing analytics tools
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Create and maintain a centralized email performance dashboard (e.g., open rates, CTR, unsubscribes, conversions)
- Develop and manage an Email Preference Center to empower subscribers with customizable content preferences
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in project and program management, ideally in a marketing or communications environment
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, campaign management, and stakeholder collaboration
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and driving performance improvements
- Comfortable working with both global and regional teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus
