Senior Data Analyst

Keepit is on an exciting growth journey, and we are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn data into compelling business stories that influence strategy and accelerate our growth. Embedded in our global Revenue Operations team, you’ll work closely with our marketing and sales leaders to uncover insights that drive smarter decisions across campaigns, lead funnels and more. This role is available in either Copenhagen or Krakow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Storytelling: Translate complex commercial data into clear, actionable insights. Communicate findings through compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as the analytical partner to marketing and sales leadership (right up to the C-level), shaping strategy and optimizing performance through data.
• Performance Analysis: Evaluate campaign ROI, funnel effectiveness, and conversion metrics. Identify trends and opportunities that influence business outcomes.
• Dashboard Ownership: Maintain and evolve key dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce; develop other visualizations that empower the marketing team to self-serve insights. This includes exploring new visualization tools and applications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Operations, RevOps, and Analytics teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance.

About you:

With 4+ years' experience from a similar role/s you possess:

• Proven expertise in marketing analytics, with solid understanding of marketing funnels, campaign performance and sales pipelines

• Expertise developing and managing Salesforce reports and dashboards with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Superset)

• Strong command of data storytelling and data visualization that informs various levels of stakeholders

• Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional communication in English

• Proficiency in SQL

• Self-driven with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit

• Experience independently using data warehouse and analytics platforms (e.g.,RedShift, BigQuery, Snowflake)

• Understanding of SaaS business models an advantage
