As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst in the Analytics & Applications team, you work will focus on helping the Marketing organization achieve its long-term business and customer growth objectives through the creation of self-serve data analytics, insights, and reports. You will act as a strategic partner responsible for delivering data models, insights, and analytics that impact the ability to understand our Marketing ecosystem and enable the business to react quickly and drive business growth. You will develop your career, forge effective cross-functional relationships, take on progressively broader responsibilities, and establish yourself as a trusted strategic advisor. Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing measurement frameworks that align planning goals with measurable and optimizable indicators.
  • Oversee tracking methodologies, ensuring robust multi-channel and multi-device tracking.
  • Develop and drive improvements in attribution models (e.g., multi-touch, last-click) to deliver actionable insights for advertisers.
  • Identify and leverage appropriate data sources to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Translate media performance into business context with impactful recommendations for marketing partners.
  • Analyze performance data, brand lift studies, and campaign reports to extract meaningful insights.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and create data models to support decision-making across marketing and business teams.
  • Design learning agendas and test frameworks grounded in clear, strategic hypotheses.

Qualifications

 

Required/Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis 
  • OR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis 
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing at a multi-franchise global brand.
  • 3+ years’ experience in scripting and data modelling in Python.

 

Additional or Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 8+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis 
  • OR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 6+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis 
  • OR equivalent experience.  
  • 3+ years’ experience in data analysis using SQL.
  • 3+ years' experience in PowerBI and Analytics on Azure Data Platform.
  • Experience with marketing attribution, media mix models, and multi-channel ROI measurement.
  • Experience with measurement strategies across full-funnel media campaigns.
  • Exceptional business judgement leveraging analytical thinking complemented with a bias for action and execution/operational excellence.  
  • Communication and leadership skills to deliver data-driven insights at an executive level.

Data Analytics IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
