Product Manager, Large Language Model (AML Byteplus) - 2025 Start (BS/MS)

We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced product manager to lead the strategic development and enhancement of our Enterprise LLM Platform. As a senior PM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product, driving innovation, and ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI landscape. In addition, you will contribute to our mission of accelerating the adoption of Large Language Models (LLM) among enterprise customers, enabling them to embrace this transformative technology at scale.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the product development and iteration of the Volcano Engine large model service platform.
- Understand and uncover customer needs through user research, competitive product analysis, and data analysis, produce requirement documents, and promote the implementation of features.
- Track the launch effects and user feedback of the product, providing reasonable suggestions for product function optimization.
- Provide user support through training and instructional documents to ensure efficient use of the Volcano Engine platform.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related technical discipline;
- Clear logic with good problem analysis and problem solving skills;
- Excellent communication with teamwork skills, able to collaborate closely with multiple teams;

Preferred Qualification
- Have experience in internet products
