Head of AI & Data

We’re looking for a Head of AI & Data to drive the strategic integration of AI and data capabilities across our organization. In this role, you’ll be both a change agent and a hands-on AI catalyst, embedding AI into our ways of working to create lasting impact.You’ll help us uncover the “no-brainer” use cases, build the right foundations, and shape how we evolve into an AI-enabled, data-informed company.

Purpose of the Role:
The Head of AI & Data will lead the strategic integration of AI and data capabilities across the organization, with a sharp focus on driving internal
efficiency, process transformation, and sustainable growth. As both a change agent and AI catalyst, this leader will collaborate cross-functionally to identify "no-brainer" AI use cases, embed them into core operations, and enable a culture of data-informed, AI-enabled continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

             AI Strategy & Operational Efficiency

• Develop and implement the company-wide AI strategy, aligned with business priorities and internal efficiency targets.
• Identify high-impact AI opportunities across functions, starting with those offering immediate value ("no-regret" use cases).
• Drive the implementation of AI-enabled processes to improve productivity, reduce manual work, and accelerate decision-making.
  
  AI Catalyst & Change Leadership
• Act as a hands-on AI catalyst, working directly with teams in other parts of the organization to embed AI in day-to-day operations and ways of working.
• Support business units in redesigning processes through AI, automation, and intelligent data use.
• Lead change management efforts to build AI awareness, capability, and adoption across the company.
  
  Data Strategy & Master Data Management
• Build and maintain a comprehensive master data view of the business, ensuring a unified, accurate, and accessible data foundation.
• Drive the analysis and utilization of data across the enterprise to support both strategic and operational decision-making.
• Establish and enforce standards for data governance, data quality, and compliance.
  
  AI & Data Infrastructure
• Oversee the development and scaling of AI platforms, tools, and foundational data infrastructure.
• Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices, in alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
  
  Business Impact & Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner with commercial and operational leaders to drive AI-enabled revenue growth and cost optimization initiatives.
• Build a small core AI & Data team and foster a network of data champions across the business.
• Report progress, ROI, and learnings to executive leadership; continuously refine strategy based on business needs.

Profile we’re looking for:

• Strong background in AI/ML, data strategy, or digital transformation within complex organizations
• Experience developing and implementing master data management systems and enterprise data architecture
• A natural change agent with the ability to turn strategy into action and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Deep understanding of generative AI, machine learning, and automation — and how to apply them pragmatically
• Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through AI or data-driven transformation
• Strong communication and influence skills across both technical and business audiences
• Comfortable leading with both vision and execution, from strategic planning to hands-on engagement
