2. What you´ll be doing

Your day-to-day as a Data & Analytics Specialist:

• Writing efficient SQL queries for large-scale data warehouses.
• Defining, building, and maintaining ETL models in our data warehouse (BigQuery) using dbt and Airflow.
• Building data integrations and ensuring data quality across pipeline layers.
• Documenting and maintaining code and queries in GitLab.
• Creating dashboards and reports in Looker/Looker Studio/Metabase to communicate results and track KPIs.
• Conducting exploratory analysis to shape projects and provide actionable recommendations.
• Presenting insights to squad team members to guide business and product decisions.
• Collaborating with PMs, designers, and engineers to define data needs, request app events, integrate third-party tools, and develop data models.
• Supporting feature design with product managers and engineers through performance measurement and impact testing.
• Developing organization-wide data sources to empower business teams in data exploration.
• Working across teams to improve data practices and promote a data-driven culture.

3. What we´re looking for

You´re a great fit if you...

• Strong alignment with our principles—we take this very seriously.
  
• At least 2 years of experience as a Data analyst/engineer.
  
• Proficiency in writing and understanding complex SQL queries and handling large datasets.
  
• Experience using Python for data science tasks (data cleaning, API calls, SQL calls, modeling)
  
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, or Looker.
  
• A graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
  
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Bonus points:

• A Master's degree or Bootcamp in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related sciences.
• Product Analytics experience with Amplitude, Datadog, Mixpanel, or similar.
• Experience working with vector DDBB and building data resources for AI consumption

4. What's in it for you?

Compensation 💰

The salary range for this position is between 40.250€ and 51.750€ OTE (on target earnings) gross annual salary.

The salary consists of:

• Between 35.000€ & 45.000€ fixed salary
• Up to 6.750€ quarterly bonus based on performance & potential (7.5%)
