  • Establish a Holding-wide Data Quality Assessment Framework to evaluate the current state, identify improvement areas, and create a structured roadmap with clear milestones for each SA. This framework should take a holistic approach by aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements of each company, promoting both proactive and offensive strategies for data quality management. Develop standardized processes for data quality management including issue identification, remediation and quality validation. Create a comprehensive Data Quality Playbook with best-practice approaches for policies & standards, ensuring consistency in terminology, definitions, and measurement methodologies across the Holding. Ensure that data quality considerations are integrated into key business processes, and decision-making workflows.
  • Assess data quality across companies, identify gaps, and prioritize areas for improvement. Define a structured roadmap with clear steps and milestones for data quality enhancement. Proactively identify operational and regulatory data quality risks and develop mitigation actions.
  • Lead the data quality governance ceremonies with DQEs from SAs, ensuring the progress of the Data Quality Program and timely resolution of deviations.
  • Support and enable companies within Holding to meet the strategic KPIs for data quality enhancement as set by the Central Data Office. Provide guidance, tools, and best-practice frameworks to ensure local initiatives align with the overall quality targets and drive improvements across key quality dimensions.
  • Evaluate and oversee the implementation of data quality tools & technologies. Manage relationships with vendors to ensure effective utilization of technology solutions.
  • Continuously track data quality KPIs through centralized dashboards. Provide senior management with key insights & reports on program effectiveness and measure outcomes of improvement areas.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and guidelines to educate relevant stakeholders (e.g. DQEs within SAs, Data Owners etc.) on best practices.  Lead cross-company initiatives for data quality improvement and drive change management initiatives to enhance data quality continuously.
  • Oversee and ensure the implementation of processes to maintain the reliability of all data objects within CDP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–4 years of experience in data quality management or a related function
  • Industry-specific experience in sectors such as banking, insurance, or related areas
  • Solid understanding of data governance frameworks and data management principles
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing company-wide frameworks, roadmaps, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience in data quality management, including profiling, analysis, cleansing, remediation, monitoring, and reporting
  • Familiarity with data quality tools and technologies (e.g., Ataccama, Informatica)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to lead cross-company initiatives
  • Ability to assess, select, and manage vendors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset and strong business acumen with the ability to align data quality initiatives with broader business goals
