Unilabs, a leading diagnostic provider across Europe, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst - Project Implementation to join our Operations Excellence team, for 6-9 months. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the successful implementation of various projects by analyzing data and providing insights that drive decision-making processes. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that data-related aspects of project implementations are handled efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of data quality/analysis and project support, with technical skills in Power BI and Power Query and a focus on supporting standardization and data integrity in global rollouts, and solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out data validation, data standardization, assisting with the technical implementation of global projects
  • Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and alignment of data with established standards, supporting the successful rollout of standardized processes.
  • Analyze project-relevant data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
  • Support project implementation teams by providing accurate and timely data insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor project performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of data throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
  • Experience with Power Query and Power BI for data handling and transformation.
  • Comfortable working in multinational or cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in a project management or implementation environment is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are advantageous.
