We are looking to add a driven Product Manager to play a crucial role in building and implementing innovative AI products, particularly focused on Large Language Models (LLMs). You will be at the forefront of shaping user-centric, LLM-powered features that deliver tangible value to enterprise customers. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong technical intuition, and the ability to drive products from ideation through delivery in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of the product roadmap, with a focus on breakthrough AI and LLM-powered capabilities for the airline industry.
- Define and deliver LLM-based features, including natural language interfaces, intelligent recommendations, and automation flows tailored to enterprise use cases.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear documentation (PRDs, user stories, feature specs).
- Own LLM solution lifecycles, from use case definition and workflow design to cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design.
- Conduct user research, collect feedback, and iterate quickly to improve product effectiveness and usability.
- Monitor product performance and usage data to inform prioritization and feature iteration.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support roadmap discussions, onboarding processes, and post-launch adaptations.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to support discovery, delivery, and feedback cycles.
Requirements
You’ll be a great fit if you have …
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B enterprise software.
- A proven track record of delivering AI- and LLM-powered features from concept to deployment.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams, including writing detailed PRDs and aligning stakeholders around technical implementation.
- A strong technical intuition, able to understand complex concepts and translate them into intuitive, user-facing solutions.
- A hands-on mindset, you take ownership, drive execution, and bring clarity to ambiguity.
- Comfort in customer-facing settings – leading roadmap discussions, gathering feedback, and tailoring solutions to customer needs.
- A passion for building high-impact, user-first products that deliver real value.
- Full professional proficiency in English, including written documentation and verbal communication.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with LLM platforms and tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.
- Awareness of responsible AI practices, including safety, explainability, and ethical considerations in production environments.
- Familiarity with B2B enterprise workflows or domain knowledge in the travel/aviation industry.
- A genuine curiosity for emerging technologies and how they can shape real-world products.
