The Crown Is Yours
Using your experience in data analysis, communication and problem-solving skills, you will play a key role in partnering with a variety of internal teams to drive valuable insights and guidance that help support the launch of a new endeavor that represents the next evolution of our customer experience and market growth strategy. This role contributes to a new, high-impact initiative that will expand DraftKingsā offerings in innovative and customer-centric ways.
What youāll do as an Analyst II
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations to identify opportunities to support a fast paced go-to-market strategy new creative, new user offer promotions, and customer spend.
Aid in the creation and delivery of tools and automation for stakeholders to enhance decision making processes.
Build highly detailed reports using strong Tableau skills to quickly diagnose trends within core success metrics and to inspire new ways of thinking about our customers and product.
Provide insights to stakeholders on strategies on new endeavors.
Analyze customer behavior and conduct experiments to measure the direct impact of new product initiatives.
What youāll bring
At least 2 years of professional experience in Business Analytics or Data Science.
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline; or equivalent experience.
Experience in SQL and/or Snowflake and strong proficiency in Tableau (or similar data visualization tool). Experience with R, Python, or other statistical programming languages is a plus.
Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for partners through clear storytelling and impactful data visualizations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 76,800.00 USD - 96,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
