• Strategic Predictive Maintenance Oversight: Spearheading the development of advanced analytics for the Turbomachinery ZRH fleet to strategically implement predictive maintenance protocols

• Innovative Algorithm Design: Pioneering the creation of sophisticated analytics and algorithms for the meticulous condition monitoring of turbo machinery equipment, utilizing both data-driven and physically/functionally driven methodologies

• Collaborative Excellence: Orchestrating and providing support for the development of machine learning algorithms for turbo machinery through seamless collaboration with internal and external project partners

• Proactive Monitoring: Diligently monitoring plants covered in a PrimeServ Assist contract, leveraging CEON-operational data for continuous optimization of plant operations

• Technical Advisory Role: Offering expert technical consultancy for all operating challenges in monitored plants, contributing insights to enhance overall plant efficiency

• Comprehensive Reporting Proficiency: Generating monthly and yearly reports with an emphasis on delivering a comprehensive overview, ensuring customer satisfaction through the Remote Operation Center (ROC) ZRH

• On-Site Troubleshooting Expertise: Mobilizing troubleshooting skills at customer sites when required, coordinating exhaustive root cause analyses with various stakeholders

• Hotline Efficiency: Taking an active leadership role in the hotline service (Techline), providing swift and effective solutions to operational challenges

You can help us with these qualifications

• Education: Holding a master's degree in mechanical engineering, underpinned by a strong foundation in IT skills

• Turbomachinery Expertise: Accumulating 3 to 5 years of strategic experience in the calculation, design, or erection of Turbomachinery, Rotating Equipment, and subsystems

• Data Analytics Acumen: Demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and a profound understanding of data science methods

• Programming Proficiency: Showcasing strong Python programming skills (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, etc.), preferably adopting an object-oriented approach

• Innate Drive for Excellence: Fueled by intrinsic motivation and an unwavering commitment to achieving excellence

• Coordination Mastery: Possessing excellent coordination, organization, and communication skills crucial for navigating a highly dynamic business environment
