About The Role:
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our efforts in shaping the future of the print-on-demand industry.
You'll work closely with the Product Marketing team — a smart, data-driven group that operates at the intersection of product, supply, sales, and acquisitions. This role goes far beyond reporting; you’ll dive into rich, diverse data to help shape campaigns, uncover what drives user success, and guide key decisions.
Experience with both product and marketing analytics is essential, as your insights will directly influence strategy and performance measurement.
Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:
Acting as the go-to data partner for the Product Marketing team, providing actionable insights that influence strategy and execution
Collaborating on projects, campaigns, and experiments from day one to guide goal setting, KPI definition, and performance measurement
Analyzing data related to product discounts, incentives, educational campaigns, and user behavior to uncover impactful insights
Translating complex findings into clear, compelling stories that drive informed decision-making across the team
Defining data models in collaboration with data engineers and ensuring high data quality through rigorous QA processes
Building and maintaining Looker dashboards, explores, measures, and dimensions to enable self-serve, insightful analysis
Continuously improving the Product Marketing data stack and tooling to enhance visibility into key metrics
Supporting the team in becoming more data-sufficient by identifying training opportunities and simplifying access to data
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Physics, Computer Science)
4+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally with a focus on product and marketing
Strong English written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
Proficient in SQL, with experience using Snowflake or similar data warehouses
Skilled in building dashboards and visualizations with BI tools (Looker is a plus)
Comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis
Solid grasp of data modeling and data quality best practices
Experience in product analytics, event tracking tools (Amplitude is a plus), and A/B testing
Ability to apply advanced statistical techniques and causal inference methods to real-world business problems
Experience with Python for data analysis
Exposure to machine learning for business use cases
