This isn't your typical data role. As our Data Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our data-driven evolution, translating complex information into the actionable insights that fuel our growth and innovation.

• Strategic Data Initiatives: You'll be a key player in our data strategy. Imagine leading the next phase of our data warehouse program, designing new metrics, integrating diverse data sources into our Customer Data Platform (CDP), and building the visualization tools that empower decision-makers across the resort. You'll also own key vendor relationships associated with our data analytics program. Your work will directly enhance everything from guest experiences to operational efficiency.
• CRM Program Leadership: You'll serve as the operational lead for our HubSpot CRM, ensuring its data integrity, optimizing its effective use, and maximizing its contribution to our business goals.
• Diverse Data Ecosystem & Leadership Collaboration: You'll dive deep into a rich array of data from various systems and platforms, collaborating with partners like 85Sixty, Ascent360, Sage Intacct, Hubspot, Toast, TEI, and Axess. This is your chance to be the internal expert, transforming raw data into clear, compelling reports and dashboards that combine insights from multiple departments. You'll also collaborate frequently with executive and senior leaders, translating complex data into strategic recommendations that drive business decisions.

Requirements

Your Story Starts Here:

If you're an experienced Data Analyst with a strong command of SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and a proven track record in data integration, ETL processes, and CRM platforms, we want to hear from you. We're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into impactful data solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with Snowflake, Ascent360, HubSpot, or familiarity with resort, hospitality, or e-commerce industries is a significant plus.
