About Job

Design and implement LLM-powered solutions tailored for localization:

• Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate Large Language Models to address diverse localization needs such as validating file integrity, ensuring content consistency, enforcing adherence to terminology and style guidelines, improving NMT output quality, and integrating reviewer or stakeholder feedback.
• Embed LLM capabilities into existing localization and content management ecosystems, ensuring robust compatibility across tools and technologies.
• Collaborate closely with linguists and cultural experts to guarantee outputs are culturally sensitive and contextually accurate.
• Engage with dataset owners and curators to access and utilize extensive training and validation datasets.

• Enhance LLM performance and ensure continuous improvement:

• Continuously monitor and refine model outputs to achieve top-tier accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Help define key performance indicators and benchmarking criteria for LLM evaluation.
• Build iterative feedback systems that support ongoing refinement and learning for the models.
• Perform routine assessments and updates to maintain model relevance and performance over time.
