We are seeking a visionary Product Lead to spearhead the development and growth of our AI/ML and data science product suite. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic product leadership to deliver high-impact solutions in the Business Intelligence and analytics domain. You’ll be responsible for shaping product strategy, leading cross-functional execution, and driving innovation from concept to market success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Product Leadership

• Define and own the product strategy for AI/ML-powered solutions that align with customer needs and market opportunities.
• Develop product roadmaps that position offerings competitively within the data analytics landscape.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure execution excellence.

Technical Product Management

• Oversee the lifecycle of ML-driven intelligence products solving complex enterprise challenges.
• Integrate cutting-edge AI technologies including LLMs, NLP, and agent frameworks.
• Promote best practices in model development, data architecture, and deployment.
• Drive innovation using advanced techniques such as vector databases, embedding-based search, and deep analytics.

Market and Client Focus

• Conduct deep market analysis and competitive research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value and customer benefits.
• Lead client engagement sessions to refine offerings and align product-market fit.
• Ensure measurable impact through adoption, ROI tracking, and use case expansion.

Team and Stakeholder Leadership

• Build and mentor high-performing product and technical teams with a focus on excellence and innovation.
• Establish scalable processes for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
• Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and agile methodologies across teams.

Business Impact

• Support revenue growth and P&L performance of the AI/ML product portfolio.
• Define and monitor success metrics including usage, retention, and revenue contribution.
• Lead product launches and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with Sales and Marketing.

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and technical product leadership.
• Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and leading ML libraries and frameworks.
• Strong foundation in NLP, LLMs, and modern AI architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms, big data technologies, and scalable ML infrastructure.

Product Leadership

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in senior or leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in building, launching, and scaling B2B data science or analytics products.
• Deep understanding of BI, analytics, and the enterprise software landscape.
• Strong capabilities in product visioning, roadmap creation, and cross-functional coordination.

Business & Communication Skills

• Strategic thinking with an ability to influence C-level executives and business stakeholders.
• Proven track record of working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to explain complex concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vector databases, MLOps, and production-level ML systems.
• Background in startup or high-growth tech environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise software sales and customer success.
• Experience driving product monetization strategies or leading successful product exits.
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and privacy regulations.
