Requirements
ā¢ 8-10 years building and scaling fullāstack, dataādriven products
ā¢ Strong backend skills (Node.js, Python) and frontend (React)
ā¢ Experience with GCP (Airflow, BigQuery, Cloud SQL)
ā¢ Skilled in data pipelines, realātime processing, analytics
ā¢ Familiarity with GenāAI tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, vector DBs)
ā¢ Proven ability in architectural leadership and technical ownership
ā¢ Product mindset with bias for rapid execution and iteration
Responsibilities
ā¢ Architect, build, and ship GenāAI native platforms with LLMs, agents, and predictive AI
ā¢ Write code, design systems, debug, and ensure product excellence
ā¢ Mentor and lead fullāstack engineering team members
ā¢ Rapidly iterate MVPs to gather feedback and refine products
ā¢ Manage fullāstack delivery from backend pipelines to frontend UI
ā¢ Ensure multiātenant, cloudānative solutions meet scalability, security, and performance standards
ā¢ Collaborate with product, growth, and leadership to align technical direction with business goals
