We are currently searching for a Procurement Data Analyst:
Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical and problem-solving support for cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
- Support sourcing data stewardship efforts.
- Prepare and manage data requests from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Create RFQ, RFP, and RFI documentation.
- Develop deal summaries to assist in negotiation preparation.
- Build story-board presentations to present data clearly and logically to solve business problems.
- Implement processes and controls to ensure procurement data quality.
- Monitor data input and coordinate corrective actions to address data integrity issues.
- Manage the spend analytics tool (e.g., compilation of spend data, normalization of vendor and spend categories).
- Support ad hoc data requests from category and sourcing managers.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes (RFQ, RFP, RFI, sourcing, PR-PO, etc.).
- Experience in procurement spend/data analytics, including vendor normalization and spend categorization.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data reporting and visualization.
- Experience creating story-board presentations for data-driven business decision-making.
Languages:
- Advanced oral English.
- Native Spanish.
