Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior People Data Analyst to join our team and assist with data refining tasks and HR processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about data management and human resources operations. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and rectify data inconsistencies and errors.
  • Support HR team in various administrative tasks including but not limited to employee onboarding, data entry, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures related to data management and HR processes.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality and efficiency in HR operations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in [relevant field such as Data Science, Information Management, Human Resources, etc.].
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
  • Fluent English.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
