Implementation of an End-to-End Product Scope process across all functions in Travelport

• Work with the VP and Senior Director to implement the E2E process designed cross-functionally.
• Take over the Aha! structure and governance from the Early Gains Task Team. 
• Project Manage the move to a simplified PPM structure which matches the Investment Allocations. 
• Arrange Early Gains Task Team engagements and own the actions trackers related to each. 
• Complete the set-up of the Governance team’s SharePoint site in readiness for ongoing updates. 
• Set up Port of Call coaching engagements to roll out the changes. 

Operationalization of the governance and reporting relating to the End-to-End process

• Ownership of the P&T timesheet process and reporting, acting as the single point of contact with the GTS tool administrators. 
• P&T ownership of the Aha! tool including the structure and administration in conjunction with the GTS tool administrators. Maintaining dashboards to govern the quality of the content; and managing the data cleansing process (in line with legal requirements). Monitoring that it continues to be the Single Source of Truth. 
• Facilitate interfaces with the Commercial team’s intake, monitoring that only normalized requests enter Aha! from OSC. 
• Responsibility for End-to-End communications in conjunction with internal communications, to ensure all process changes are well socialized and achievements are celebrated. 
• Manage reporting covering the delivery / run rate from Jira, including features and bug fixes. 
• Manage monthly reporting for investment allocations including analysis of submissions to monitor risks and issues the Product Manager/ PMO Leads are managing. 
• Arrange quarterly investment allocation refreshes.
• Facilitate the change control of investment allocation QNOW Capability Enhancement roadmaps. 
• Spot checks on customer enhancements for adherence to the E2E Product Scope process, ensuring cross-functional collaboration is being honoured. 
• Arranging the Steering Committees and Investment Committee, ensuring Investment Allocation owners have prepared and distributed their information packs in advance. 

Arrange regular Port of Call cross-functional engagement to share new processes, method of engaging with other functions and share best practices for Product
