Company Description

We’re Entain. Our vision is to be the world leader in sports betting and gaming entertainment by creating the most exciting and trusted experience for our customers, revolutionising the gambling space as we go. We’re home to a global family of more than 25 well-known brands, and with a focus on sustainability and growth, we will transform our sector for our players, for ourselves and for the good of entertainment.

Job Description

As a global people relations & compliance function, we manage approximately 7,000 employee relations cases, globally, per year. This ranges from disciplinaries, grievances to absence management (short and long-term) and everything in between. We’re also responsible for all restructure activity globally (e.g. redundancies, TUPEs). The compliance function manages critical projects involving background checking and visa and sponsorship management. All cases are managed in ServiceNow (‘SNow’).

The Global People Relations & Compliance Data Specialist is a newly created, standalone, role with the aim of supercharging the team’s data offering. Initially, the role will focus on a top-to-bottom review of current data infrastructure and requirements gathering. At the same time, there would be an expectation to manage current, ongoing, data requirements. Thereafter, the role should focus on the development of reports/dashboards (look and feel and automation). The final element of the role will be to ensure that the appropriate team members are upskilled sufficiently, and reporting tools built, such that all the work of the previous 12 months can be taken forward and maintained.  All the above will apply to both data internal to the team (e.g. current project tracking, legal spend etc) and external stakeholder requirements.

The purpose of this role is not to analyse the data but to produce first class reports and dashboards, presenting the data in an engaging way, meeting the requirements of the end-user.

At Entain our values are do what’s right, keep it simple, go beyond and win together. We’ll expect you to live up to all of those in this role!

This role will have primary responsibility for the global people relations and compliance data ecosystem. This will include:

  • Conducting a full review of current data infrastructure – including how data is captured and stored in SNow - and recommending improvements;
  • Ensuring that there is a clear view of data requirements for all key stakeholders;
  • Ensuring that all internal and external data requests are managed in a timely manner through the development of tailored reports and/or dashboards depending on the requirements of the end-user
  • Responding to ad-hoc data requests;
  • Attending project ‘kick-off’ calls, where appropriate, to understand data requirements;
  • Suggesting improvements and constantly innovating how data can be produced and used;
  • Ensuring that guides and report-building tools are created to ensure that data reporting capability continues in the future; and
  • Producing compliance reports/dashboards to ensure legal risk is minimised.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • 2+ years of experience in a reporting role, preferably within HR or ServiceNow HRSD;
  • Strong hands-on experience with SNow Reporting and Performance Analytics (including widgets, dashboards, and scheduled reports);
  • Familiarity with role-based access controls (RBAC) and dynamic access rules in ServiceNow;
  • Solid understanding of HR data, case management processes, and sensitivity around confidential employee information;
  • Monitor data quality and ensure consistency, accuracy, and privacy compliance in all reporting;
  • proficiency in data visualisation, trend analysis, and stakeholder communication;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Provide training or documentation as needed to enhance user understanding of dashboards and analytics; and
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams within HR, Data Privacy team, etc.

Desirable:

  • Experience in SNow HRSD, specifically Employee Relations module;
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and their impact on HR data handling;
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies; and
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Performance Analytics for ServiceNow) are a plus.
