About the job you’re considering
We are looking for a GenAI Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of intelligent, scalable AI-driven automation solutions. This role combines expertise in agentic AI, prompt engineering, and test automation to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
Your role
- Architect and implement agentic AI systems and intelligent workflows using GenAI.
- Integrate LLM APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Gemini) for advanced orchestration and model interaction.
- Apply prompt engineering to optimize AI performance and reliability.
- Lead the development of automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Utilize tools like Playwright, Appium, and REST APIs for test automation.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ensure seamless deployment.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and reusability of automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Uphold AI ethics, governance, and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement.
Your skills and experience
- Proven experience in GenAI architecture and automation strategy.
- Strong background in AI orchestration, test automation, and CI/CD.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and mentoring skills.
- Experience with time and cost estimation in agile environments.
- Languages & Frameworks: Python, Java, ReactJS, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, REST API
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes
- LLM Tools: Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, GitHub Copilot
- Databases: Redis, PostgreSQL
- Monitoring: Grafana, DataDog, audit logging
- CI/CD & Testing: GitHub Actions, JIRA, Zephyr, TestNG, Maven

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $86,900 - $192,460. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
