THE ROLEThe Data Analytics Analyst will be responsible for understanding the key data related to EAM customer performance. This role will work with existing and new data sources to understand trends, anomalies and overall performance. This individual will be able to develop both internally facing and customer facing dashboards, progress reports and action plans based the data insights. The Data Analytics role is accountable to use data to show the value and opportunities specific to the Epic managed services offerings. This individual works with project teams, clinical users, application subject matter experts, and software vendors to establish business and technical requirements to ensure managed file transfers are properly scoped, engineered, and tested. The individual should be comfortable with multiple reporting technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a thought leader for EAM and use data to provide recommendations for continuous process improvement.
- Analyzing objectives, attending planning activities, identifying emerging needs for information, such as new functions being automated or that require information processing support.
- Responds effectively with analytics and reporting designs to the changes in tool strategies and information industry technology improvements. Provides rationale for action, including return on investment, and defines implications for information systems.
- Coordinates with application team leaders, delivery leaders, and customers to present insights and opportunities based on data and customer feedback.
- Monitors and analyzes initiatives to determine potential inadequacies or potential conflict with systems architecture, such as capacity restrictions affecting information flow, data compatibility, or cost duplication.
- Works closely with the EAM leadership to build a culture that uses data and technology to support an agile culture that strives for excellence.
- Develop and sustain partner relationships by promoting an end user experience-driven culture through the development of processes and programs to enable a high degree of responsiveness and alignment with strategic priorities
- Plan, coordinate, and occasionally act as lead project manager of cross-functional, matrix teams on a broad variety of initiatives related to analytics, reporting, and internal tools.
- Develop and maintain trending tools that practically alert to and prevent potential issues
- Develop effective tools for communicating with all levels of managed services, both internally and with customers.
Skills and Experience
- Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Epic Experience Preferred
