What you will do?Â
Â
Customer Analytics & SegmentationâŻÂ
Conduct comprehensive customer segmentation analysis to identify high-value client cohortsâŻÂ
Calculate and optimize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) across different segmentsâŻÂ
Work across teams to standardize and create a repeatable process for doing this on an ongoing basis across a number of businessesÂ
âŻÂ
Market Analysis & Opportunity AssessmentâŻÂ
Create and maintain Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM) and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM) analysesâŻÂ
Identify and quantify whitespace opportunities within existing and potential client segmentsâŻÂ
Conduct market sizing exercises and penetration analysis across business linesâŻÂ
âŻÂ
Portfolio Optimization & Strategy SupportâŻÂ
Analyze product performance, growth and profitability across business units and product linesâŻÂ
Help develop product portfolio management process to enhance how capital is allocatedâŻÂ
Support other product-related projects (eg pricing and packaging, etc)âŻÂ
Â
Competitive IntelligenceâŻÂ
Establish and maintain centralized competitive intelligence repositoryâŻÂ
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market positioningâŻÂ
Analyze competitive threats and opportunities across portfolio segmentsâŻÂ
Synthesize market feedback and competitive insights into actionable recommendationsâŻÂ

Who are we looking for:âŻÂ
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related fieldâŻÂ
Proven experience in business analysis, market research, or strategic planningâŻÂ
Financial services industry experience strongly preferredâŻÂ
Proven track record of driving business decisions through data analysisâŻÂ
Technical skills: Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling), PowerBi etc for data visualization and dashboard creation, SQL for data extraction and manipulation, statistical analysis tools (R, Python, SPSS preferred)âŻand knowledge of CRM systems and data management platformsâŻÂ
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilitiesâŻÂ
Experience with customer segmentation methodologiesâŻÂ
Understanding of financial metrics and business valuation conceptsâŻÂ
Strong presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholdersâŻÂ
Collaborative approach to working across multiple business linesâŻÂ
