The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Analyst, youāll leverage large quantities of customer, pricing, and sports data to more deeply understand our customers and optimize revenue outcomes for the business. Youāll work with our product, trading, and data science teams to identify areas of opportunity within our pricing pipeline through data analysis, dashboarding, and experimentation. Through cross-functional collaboration and problem solving, you will enable teams across our organization to make smarter, better, and faster decisions.
What youāll do as a Senior Sportsbook Analyst
Partner with trading operations and data science to drive our margin strategy through rigorous experimentation and a deep understanding of our customers, product, and business.
Create new metrics, tools, and dashboards to simplify our complex simulation models and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Transform stakeholder visions into measurable goals and create rituals and dashboarding to monitor performance to these goals.
Design experiments and generate learnings through data analysis to create alignment with key stakeholders on operational improvements and long-term pricing strategy.
Identify areas of opportunity within customer behavior and pricing to inform roadmap for future work.
What youāll bring
Bachelorās degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in business analytics or data science.
Ability to take on complicated problems and turn them into simple, analytical frameworks.
Expertise with SQL, Excel, and Tableau (or similar visualization tool). R, Python, or another statistical programming language is a plus.
Knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and hypothesis testing methods.
Experience with Eppo, LaunchDarkly, Amplitude, or another experimentation tool is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 95,200.00 USD - 119,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
