WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• You coordinate internal and external data labeling activities, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery across multiple streams.

• You develop efficient, scalable labeling strategies aligned with project goals and the latest advancements in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

• You serve as a central point of contact between stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, translating requirements into actionable plans and contracts.

• You manage and monitor project timelines, milestone tracking, and delivery schedules to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• You continuously oversee data quality and drive improvements in accuracy and consistency of labeled data.

• You evaluate and optimize labeling tools and workflows in close collaboration with development teams.

• You maintain clear, organized documentation using Confluence and Jira, regularly updating progress, processes, and supplier interactions.

• You respond to supplier inquiries, clarify requirements, and ensure invoicing accuracy and timely approvals.

• You lead regular check-ins, collaborative planning sessions, and stakeholder updates, ensuring transparency and alignment at all times.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a data operations, AI/ML, or technology-driven environment.

• Strong track record of managing large-scale data labeling or data operations projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience working with labeling platforms and managing external vendor relationships.

• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to track project metrics, monitor performance, and support data-driven quality improvements.

• Proficiency with project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with fluency in English.

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous involvement in AI/ML or computer vision-related projects.

• Understanding of supplier procurement, invoicing, and contract management.

• Working knowledge of Python and JSON, with experience updating files and running scripts to support reporting and metric tracking using business intelligence tools.
