Overview: Build, optimize, and maintain generative AI models and infrastructure under Tech Lead guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement data ingestion pipelines: text normalization, chunking, embeddings (Python).
• Build and optimize vector stores in OpenSearch for fast semantic search.
• Integrate and test LLMs (Anthropic Claude, GPT variants) on AWS Bedrock.
• Containerize applications (Docker) and support cloud deployments (EKS, Lambda).
• Monitor model performance (latency, accuracy) and iterate to reduce inference costs.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in AI/ML engineering or NLP-focused development.
• Proficient in Python (pandas, numpy, transformers, vectorization libraries).
• Experience with AWS Bedrock or similar managed LLM services.
• Hands-on OpenSearch (or Elasticsearch) for vector retrieval.
• Familiar with LLMs (prompt engineering, basic fine-tuning) and Docker/Kubernetes basics.
