Are you eager to learn new ways of working with product data and develop your skills in a growing, global industrial environment? ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Product Data Specialist to join our team in Eskilstuna, Sweden.

In this key role, you’ll take ownership of product data quality across systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and actively improve tools and processes to support our time-to-market goals. What you will do as our Product Data Specialist

As our Product Data Specialist, you will play a central role in securing and driving the quality of product data across our core systems — including ERP, PIM, and PDM. You’ll work closely with engineering, production planning, and other internal stakeholders, acting as the go-to person for product data topics. You’ll also support the creation and maintenance of product datasheets and service-related documentation, contributing to smooth information flows across the product lifecycle.

You would also:

  • Secure and drive the quality of all product data in product related systems (PIM, BIM, ERP, PDM etc).
  • Develop and implement tools, processes and methods for productivity and quality improvement related to product data processes.
  • Creation and removal of data, information etc. in our product information management system (PIM, BIM, ERP, PDM etc).
  • Create and update product data sheets.
  • Be a part of the design and creation of Service technical materials.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone with experience of using AX and/or other ERP systems, good  in a similar role, understand production set up and BOM structures, who enjoys diving into technical details while working collaboratively and sharing expertise with others. Ideally, you:

  • Knowledge of product information systems (such as ERP, PIM, or PDM) or some experience from a relevant environment.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English
  • A structured and proactive mindset with good attention to detail.
  • Curious about learning new ways of working and to learn new product data systems and documents.

The ideal candidate is curious and eager to learn how physical products work and how they are documented. You take initiative, enjoy getting things done, and approach tasks with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
