Role/Overall objectives:
Data and Dashboard Analyst - Intern will support the maintenance of precise, interactive dashboards and data visualizations to enable accurate business decision-making. This role requires advanced Excel skills, a strong sense for graphical data presentation, and a high attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and clarity. The intern will assist in transforming raw data into reliable, insightful reports and visuals, contributing to process optimization and automation.
Your tasks:
- Assist in creating and updating dashboards using Microsoft Excel with a focus on precision and accuracy.
- Analyze business data and visualize findings through well-structured charts, graphs, and reports month by month.
- Collaborate with team members and internal clients to understand reporting needs and deliver precise, user-friendly dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all reports and dashboards.
- Contribute to clear documentation of dashboard processes and create detailed user reference materials.
- Maintain continuous, precise communication and collaboration within the team.
Your profile:
- Ongoing university studies in Business Informatics, Economics, Computer Science or relevant
- Good command of English.
- Able to work 30-40 hours/week
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros) with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Demonstrated ability or strong interest in graphical data representation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of process automation tools or programming knowledge is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, ability to establish and handle multiple priorities
- Able to understand and handle complex problems
- Result oriented, strong attention to detail is a must
- Strong, passionate supporter of customer service excellence
- Team player attitude
- Self-starter, capable of working independently
