Job Summary

The Data Analyst will work closely with other program staff to assist with and contribute to the design, development and execution of an organization-wide analytics program, with a focus on capturing, analyzing and leveraging critical patient and financial data that will be used to positively impact care outcomes, cost and value. Works with stakeholders to understand data requirements and underlying needs. Assists with the design, development and testing of reports and works closely with other team members to support the data and knowledge needs of the program. Has strong knowledge of SQL and can aggregate disparate data sets to produce concise and meaningful reports.

Pay Range

Minimum $74,506 Midpoint $98,717 Maximum $122,928

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

• Required: None required.

• Preferred: One (1) year of business/technical experience.

Education

• Required: Bachelor's degree n Business, Computer Science, or similar. Four (4) years of additional Business/Technical experience in lieu of education.

Training

• Required: None required

Specialized Skills

• Required: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills. Excellent analytical and organization skills; excellent critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively at a level appropriate for the safe and effective performance of the job. Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area. Strong attention to detail, vigilance, poise, and composure in stressful situations.
