We’re looking for a Junior Designer + Video/UGC Editor who’s ready to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content that connects with talent worldwide. If you love design, social media trends, and editing videos that feel real and human, this is your moment. ** A portfolio showcasing your design and video editing work is required (personal projects welcome!).

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Designing social media assets (carousels, reels covers, stories, graphics) that align with our Limitless AI, Limitless You pillars.
• Editing UGC-style videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring content feels authentic and aligned with our brand.
• Developing materials to support and maintain a consistent look & feel of our employer brand throughout the candidate journey, partnering with our sourcing, TA, and operations teams.
• Supporting campaign launches and recruiting moments with custom visuals (internship promos, referrals, DEI spotlights).
• Maintaining consistency across all assets, respecting brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Supporting video shoots remotely (briefing contributors, suggesting shot lists).
• Resizing and adapting assets for different platforms.
• Organizing design files, templates, and keeping our SharePoint libraries updated.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 1+ year of experience in design and/or video editing (internships, freelance, or personal projects count!).
• Knows their way around Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
• Has a good eye for design and can make visuals that look clean, modern, and engaging.
• Can edit UGC or short-form videos for social media, adding subtitles, transitions, and music.
• Understands social media trends and knows what makes content perform.
• Is proactive, organized, and open to feedback.
• Enjoys collaborating with different teams and is comfortable partnering with sourcing, TA, and operations.
• Communicates fluently in English (Spanish is a plus).

Even Better If You Have:

• Experience working with brand guidelines or maintaining a visual identity.
• Motion graphics or basic animation skills (for stories or reels).
• Experience creating or editing videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok.
